FlowKeys Refund Policy

Effective date: the date FlowKeys paid plans launch.

FlowKeys purchases are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, tax and refunds.

14-day refunds

If FlowKeys Pro or Lifetime isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. Email getflowkeys.app@gmail.com or use the link in your Paddle receipt.

Subscriptions

You can cancel Pro at any time from FlowKeys → Settings → Account → Manage. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Each renewal payment can also be refunded in full within 14 days of that payment.

Lifetime

A refunded Lifetime purchase returns the account to the Free plan.

Free trial

New accounts get 7 days of Pro without a card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends; the account simply moves to Free.
